"I am a 50 yr. old man who has experienced may dental visits recently,and paid several thousands of dollars to get my dental work done. Now I have no problem paying for my work, however. I do have a problem with being charged for work that is not done properly. And that is what was happening to me at a dentist nearer my home. My wife suggested I get a second opinion,so I did. And I am very glad I listened to her. Dr. Levin took x-rays and discovered the teeth that had previously taken care of??? where just partially repaired. Now I know sometimes doctors will just try to get your business. But the doctor actually sat with us and showed us the x-rays and much to my surprise the cavities that had just been done where left with considerable decay still remaining. I took these x-rays back to where I had gotten the work done and they said "let us try to fix it and we will deduct the money you already spent to do the job right". Okay so they gave me a new quote!!!!! Over $9000.00. Are you serious? well I went back to doctor Levin and he did root canal-crowns and any other work that was needed. And guess what? Not only was the work done completely, but it was done correctly and in a timely manor. I have a crazy work schedule and they worked with me on that even stayed late so I could get my permanent crowns put in. So needless to say I will never go to another dentist for any work. Oh by the way they didn't charge me anywhere near what I had been quoted previously. And the Staff? Well they are the best. Tammy the manager was very pleasant, Shannon,the receptionist, makes you feel like part of the family, and Becky, docs dental assistant makes you feel like you are a VIP. So THANK YOU ALL!!! I will always be grateful for the fine work and kindness you extended not only me but my wife as well..See you again and thanks"
